How valuable are the creative ideas?
The values are on perseverance.
Sometimes it's just like a glimpse of thoughts.
It's just like a wind or smoke, they can be blown away easily.
But in the minds of perseverance, it is gold.
Why the creative ideas cannot be kept on? It is because technical people and creative people are not the same one.
Technical people are always busy. They have lots of work to do. They couldn't handle all the ideas. It will not be easy for the creative ideas be realised.
Lots of the creative ideas were lost this way.
It needs communication and leadership to handle this problem.
Its best for the creative people and technical people living in the same factory.
It must be a factory of idea creation plus production.
If there is a creative idea about a long time flying or floating object, which can be a huge network on the high atmosphere and old satellite communications could be replaced........ change in the whole world will happen.
Technical people can list one hundred reason why it doesn't work. But when the one hundred and one young man with perseverance come, he will change everything.
It needs a good teacher to bring in this new young man.
The following is another dream about satellite launching.
A satellite needs not be launched on the ground.
A satellite can be launched on the high atmosphere with a plane......only that the plane is actually a rocket and the rocket engine can be started on the higher atmosphere; the satellite could be launched with the height achieved by the rocket...... and the plane can fly back afterwards needing not to be burnt and wasted.
There might be one hundred reasons again that it is not achievable. However, there might be one more young man could do it. Because the young man knew the value of a good idea, and he can try again many times.
The problem is who will invest on such a crazy idea?
The problem might not be money but perseverance: winning is possible.
