Music has a kind of calming or even soothing effect.

The following is a piece of music I like very much.

It is best to listen at midnight.

I used this piece of music to help my daughters sleep when they were young.

When you see the baby girl sleeping in a kind of sweet quietness,  you will feel everything is fine in this world.

When my daughters grew up,  I  completely forgot this piece of music.    It was not in my mind for a long time.

I have almost forgotten the importance of quietness.

 I think I am better than many others as everytime I am writing I must have a little time to sit still and think for a while before I get started.

But that was not quietness.

And I cannot tell what is quietness.

Some people stressed that there must not be any intention in the mind when  trying to be in quiet, and keep the mind in a state of emptiness, etc.

But I don't think it is a must.

Find a place and be still,  and you might feel the connection between your mind and the unknown sometimes.

I don't think I am a good meditator although I do have special feelings sometimes.

My own experience is yes.

There must be a link between different people or even animals.

 The link could be near or far away.

 Sometimes you can share dreams.   Sometimes you can share thoughts.

 Dreams are something you can't control.  Thoughts seem different.  Yet thoughts are not controllable like dreams.  Ideas would be floating up simultaneously at the same time.

 It is because we are spirits.

 Because we are more than a software.

Spirits are always connected.

The linkage is more than thoughts.

It is like a wireless atom.  It is not even thoughts.  Its something happening  before thoughts. 

Few people would aware that there must be an inner power of our thoughts. And sometimes this power is leaking to another mind.....if you are connected.
