The world is composed by powers. The major powers to day are that of the US, Russia, and China.

These powers are like huge plates of earth. They are crushing each other every day.

And that produces gaps. 

And the gaps let the unwanted items grow, like the extreme religion and now, the nuclear crisis.

Why are they crushing each other? 

Because they have different aims. 

They are not moving in the same direction.

From this understanding, one could find the solution to the nuclear crisis. 

One is to have a similar direction for all the powers. 

Two is to get together to work out a plan.

Three is to take the steps slowly.

Chi-Medicine: Why can't the Chinese make more money in the business of Chinese Medicine?

Chinese culture is very much not the same as American culture. Chinese culture had been trapped into a paradigm that the Chinese themselves may not be well aware of. 

I have explained the matter in detail in my Chinese book: "Who will be rich tomorrow". However, book stores are not willing to sell that book, it is not known among the Chinese readers, though the issue is extremely important that the Chinese can get rich quickly if they can adopt themselves into a new paradigm. 

America is a nation of invention. Almost all important items were invented by the Americans. From self-drive cars to mobiles, all the inventions are now commercially salable products. 

China had their own advantage points. They are a nation of right brains. They can see things in a whole picture that the Western scholars can seldom see the same. Medicine is a good example. The Chinese Medicine can treat a patient from an angle that their Western counterparts can never think of. 

However, Chinese medicine is having a very slow progress. They had not been able to fully discover the theory of the Chinese medicine. If they can put in more effort, the Chinese medicine will be salable to the whole world. Because it is effective, and it is cheap. If the American Government can choose Chinese medicine, the Obama care will be a lot easier to manage. 

The Chinese put every thing in the frame of moral to consider. Even today, when they discover the Western method is so important, such as the ability to seek knowledge or the ability to communicate etc., they just write it down as a moral doctrine and make pupils to memorize it. 

They have not been able to discover the inner beauty of the Chinese medicine or the real nature of the Chinese medicine. Why do such and such an acupuncture point can heal such and such a disease? There is no answer always. 

The frame of morality has been the major obstruction. But they don't know it.

Who is a good learner in politics?

Many are just bureaucrats.

 Bureaucrats need not learning. They have a steady path to walk on.  Obama was one. He seemed to have known all. He never needed learning anything new.  

There was one very good learner in history. He was Peter the Great. He had disguise as a workman to work in a European ship company to learn the Western skills. But he was not a really good learner. Because he did not like abstract thoughts. He never liked theories and may be he did not  like reading. If he had read more, Russia will be number one  today. 

Donald Trump is another good learner. It is too early yet to say he is really good or not. But he is surely not a bureaucrat.  He learns and he changes. 

I do hope he is more then a learner. If he had learned something and suited himself into the old path, then he would be a successor to the bureaucrats only.

Terrorism is the fruit of hatred. People love that fruit. When people cannot understand why things happened in a manner they do not like, they choose hate. 

Many politicians knew deeply the usage of hate. People will listen to blaming and condemning more then reasoning. You raise a fist and people follow.

Hatred doesn't come from nowhere. There must be some reason for hatred.  

You have to settle the disputes first.

That is why there must be a 1:10 arrangement. Each dollar spent on the military, 10 times of other effort should be done.

A peaceful world would make every one happy. 

And now the next question is:  Where do we have the money? 

Is there a way to make money first?

Each of the Tomahawk missile costs about 1 million. The total operation of the bombing at the Syria target would cost more than 59 million dollars. 

But the point is the purpose. What is the purpose of the military action?

Should it be to the final defeat of the so-called IS?

And there might be other considerations. What if IS is defeated?  Will there be new form of terrorists? 

Will  other organizations emerge and replace the defeated IS?

The purpose of the action in Middle East should be two-dimensional:  one is to eliminate hatred; other is to settle disputes in different paradigms.

Each dollar used on battlefield, should be backup 10 times in other field, such as medicine, education, economy, and even entertainment. That is a very   basic global cost. 

The ultimate goal should not be defeating terrorists only. It should be eliminating hatred. 

Can the Americans defeat IS? Maybe. Will there be other forms of terrorist after the IS?

The answer is positive.

Are the Russians 'complicit' or 'incompetent' ?

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said on a CBS program Face the Nation, Russia was either complicit or incompetent to prevent the Syrian Government use chemical weapons on a rebel-held town in Syria.  

Were the Russians incompetent to control the Syrian Government? Or they were part of the plot to use chemical weapons? 

Mr. Tillerson said, or they got outwitted. That meant he did not believe the Russian was the one to choose chemical weapons. He thought the Russians were just incompetent. 

But it might also be a problem of different paradigms. 

The Russians were not in the same mindset with the Americans.

If they are in the same mindset, the problem must have been solved already.

And there will not be problems of the IS either. 

Different mindset brought in the different approach. Why did the Syrian Government choose to use the deadly gas? Do they have other options? 

Many terrorists prefer to die to throw out a bomb. And the Syrians prefer to use gas. It is completely different thoughts and paradigms. If the Russians and Americans do wish to solve the problem in the Middle East, they have to think from the inner side of the whole problem. They were not tough enough to handle the issues. If they were tough enough, they will dig deeper into it.

Moral in China is an example.

Why do they put a pointer dog on the pointed roof ?

We were new comers to this little town. It was somewhere between New Zealand and Australia. I had never known weathers could be so nice. I had never enjoyed such good sunshine and fresh air.

During the famine in March 2017 in South Sudan, six aid workers were killed when they have been travelling from Juba to a northeast town of Pibor. The news did not tell how much aid or food they were carrying by the time. Unknown forces have ambushed them. It was not the first time aid workers got killed. 12 have been killed this year alone and there have been a number of other attacks on aid convoys and warehouses.  

To help a famine country like South Sudan is no easy job. It should not be the job of ordinary aid organizations. This is only common sense that it takes an army to do that. 

And before you try to help, you need to unarm the rebels and even the Government forces in South Sudan.

What is European Complex ?

It is like a self-sustainable closed fish tank. 

Put enough plants, air, and very small fish in the tank, the fish will not die for a long time, perhaps they can live permanently. European complex is the same. They are only thinking of commerce. Commerce is the basic circuit of every thing. When every thing is arranged properly, people will live permanently.

However, the Europeans had forgotten one thing. Commerce is secondary. First you need to create   new things. You cannot survive in the old items. Next you need to grow. Self-sustainable is the same as not growing. You can always limit population to a certain extend, but you cannot do away aging. 

The Europeans had stopped creating in a long time. It is because commerce had given them a good time. If you can sell, no matter it is opium or anything, you can make money. 

But now the balance is gone. Only the complex remains. They thought commerce could save them.

Indian Complex comes from very early Indian culture development. In the early times, some Indian leading thinkers created stories about the ancient gods. They are created as sex-oriented gods. Any one would tell you English is the most important one to communicate with the world.

However, language is more than communication.

Language is also a skill to think.

Is an ant better than a cricket

Some people choose the life of an ant. He would work hard, save hard. He will have lots of resources when winter comes. 

Some people ignore life pressure. He is either lazy or crazy. He is either a singer or a beggar. He sings and sings, until one day, the weather is too cold for him to live. 

These are two types of person. 

There is no beggar in welfare countries. The government takes good care of them.

What is a life pressure?

To live on is a pressure. We need money to live on. So people choose to work. Working for money and for a better living is the aim of life for many.

Only in extreme cases could one see the reality of  life pressure. Like a small boat lost at sea. People on that boat have no food and no water for many days. They must fight for a living. And the pressure is so real that no one could ignore it. 

And the most important feature of life pressure is that it is a pressure for all mankind, not for the individual alone. 

Not all have feelings like that.

Who is Leechard?

Large parts of the questions were published and printed in a Hong Kong newspaper, Ming Pao. Later, when he stopped writing for newspapers from 2007, he put the questions in his blog. 

And this very question: 'Who is Leechard?' is the question number 9047. He should seek verification from the Guinness World Records. Just to see whether he is the most question raiser in the world.

He did write about other books. For he had written a few books about Zhuang Zi the ancient Chinese Philosopher. And sometimes, he wrote songs, using a violin to play his song in the streets. And he wrote fables and stories too. Most of the fables were works of Zhuang Zi, and some were his own imagination. 

Leechard is a man of questions. He asks and asks, until one day, he had found the most important secret of human life. It turned out that all human beings were living in the trajectory of cultures. The world is aging. We are living in an aging world. Many young people do not like to get marry. Many married couples choose not to have babies. Old people will be more than young people. The world is running short of young energy. 

How do you encourage young people to do things like their grandmother and have more babies?

Young women are well educated.  They have their own career. They do not want to stay at home to care about family matter. 

The trend is to have fewer babies. 

It is almost impossible to change the trend.  But it is a trend we need to change. 

Aging means the young is less able to take care of the old. But this is not the most important.

The conflict of yesterday was left and right.

People had divided themselves into two camps, one left, one right. The left used fast and radical method to deal with everything, the right was  opposite.

Future trend is the conflict between soft and hard.

Soft is ideas, inventions. Soft is creation. Like the mobile phone or drones are soft. 

But oil, land, resources from the earth is hard. If one country lives on its hard income, that means they need not invent anything and can be rich, so long as the resources are forever plentiful. 

They can sell their resource to make a living. They are hard people. 

But the soft people can only sell their creation.

The soft people need not start a war to grab land or resource, but only create their own products. They can also be rich very quickly.

The problem had started long ago. Something important had slowed down and even stopped, but the people in Europe did not aware.

It was when business replaced the quest for truth, Europe had suddenly stopped growth.

People like Isaac Newton or James Watt or other inventors disappeared, instead, Generals and solders had taken the position to fight for markets in colonial wars.

At first, people are eager to search for truth. And when things were invented, people use most of their energy to sell them. Business had replaced Truth, or the quest of truth. No more new inventions, and no more new ideas were needed, instead, the knowhow of selling is more important. 

Europe was slowing down, and even stopped. 

They had been stopped in the level of Robinson Crusoe. It's a work by Daniel Defoe. Robinson Crusoe survived a shipwreck in a deserted island for many years. He had rescued some tools from the shipwreck, some firearms, hammers, nails, a saw and some seeds, etc. He used his scientific knowledge in that time to survive. To read the book is to revise the history of early science.

Were the Europeans really stopped in the level of Robinson Crusoe? Of course, this is only a joke. But it was true that they had stopped their quest for truth since. 

When people have a new invention, for example, an electric light or an early airplane, they need no business skill to sell it. 

But when the invention had become a commodity, business skill is important, especially when no more new inventions are available.

And the business skill was so important, that people use more and more energy on it and forget their original motive. 

When the Europeans found they cannot rely on colonies anymore, they tried to build their own market inside Europe.  They wanted to unite themselves to do a better business. Lee Kuan Yew was the last wise man in the last generation. His peer were Mao, Tang, Churchill, and no more. 

We would look back and feel somewhat uneasy, as all the wise people had gone, and we are alone. 

Where are we, and what shall we do?

Lee Kuan Yew was a wise man. He can see the things as they are. He can know how would the machine go. 

Its very clear picture indeed, but we cannot see, as we are standing in a lower viewing point. 

In the case of some small islands in the South Sea, he said it is no point to fight China for the US. He said the Chinese would come back. If you defeat them this time, they will come back again, and  again and again. Sooner or later, they will win. He said, it is better to engage China, rather to contain China. He can see that China will be growing bigger and bigger, it is no point to fight with it, but to live with it. 

He is the best of the Pragmatists. 

He had his weakness. If he had no weakness, then we would be really alone. 

He cannot see things in the cultural aspect. 

He judged that China will be strong, but he cannot tell the culture reason behind, and he cannot find the weak points in China.

In the case of EU, it is the same. If you see it from outside, you will find all the weak points in the  external structure of the EU. From the above question, we can see that in the case of hypothetical questions, evidence is not needed. 

Let us see another BBC report: 'The US intelligence community (which one?) BELIEVES (no evidence?) the alleged Russian hacking of Democratic organizations was carried out to help Mr. Trump defeat Democrat Hillary Clinton.'

And this is a typical example of how people of high intelligence using fake logic to fight with its own people. As someone of very high position in the United States had said: 'We should believe in the US intelligence community' (like you should believe in God)

   People hate politics, because it involves much of the dark side of human nature. But if we see from the newer aspect of politics, we will find it useful and not so dark as the traditional way.  

    Politics is to organize power. That power should be the power of the people, of every one.  

    That means, human is useful. We can do something, as we have power.

    Nations should be united, so as to do a better job for the world.  

    This is the positive aspect about politics.  

    A new era has come.  

     The powers of the United States, Russia, and China should be united. A new concept of ARC is ready now. The three great nations here could bring real progress to the whole world.

    今時今日的世界，政治並未能起到應有的作用。政治是人類力量組織成型的工具，但今日世界，卻只有少數政治強人，而且，這些政治強人多半只忙於國家內部事務，對於人類前途的整體大問題， 無暇考慮。

    多數時候，就是連最起碼的和平都無法維持。四分五裂的世界，互相鬥爭，多於互助合作。

    政治力量，其實就是人的力量。政治軟弱，就是人的力量無法發揮。

    期望今日世界的強勢領袖，能夠擺脫一家一國的小眼光，看到全世界和全人類的各種大問題。

今日世界，問題何在？

    暫時只想到三點

    宗教失靈，科學失效，政治軟弱。

    第一是宗教問題。宗教失去本來應有的靈氣。主要原因是宗教的教義出問題。例如，一神論導致了思想的絕對化，不容許其他思想網絡成立。今日的恐怖主義，來源於此。而世界上的不寬容，亦來源於此。其次才是神職人員的墮落。神職人員不信神，但強烈維護宗教的威權。信眾只覺得受擺佈。

    第二是科學問題。科學並不能帶引人類找尋真理。在物質世界上，科學並無領導作用。

    第三是政治問題。政治力量太少，政治不能對抗宗教，亦不能輔助科學。政治家未能有效領導世界。    

    期望世人多關注文化問題，從文化建設著手，讓問題呈現。

    今日世界是從前決定的。祖先有甚麼樣的文化，我們就有甚麼樣的今天。

      明天會不會好些？看今天就知道。

       明天世界，人人手上拿的不是手機，而是可以隨處飛行的微形飛機。像手機，人人有。

       飛機攜帶了你的眼睛，你的耳朵，還有你的手和你的腳，甚至是你的翼。你的眼睛，離開你的身體，飛到很遠的地方觀察。

        你可飛去看你的異性朋友，看他在幹甚麼。學生也不用到課堂去，只要派出飛行器，就可以上課。或者上班。

      但這些都是表面。科技發達，並不代表人的生活更好。

      老人感覺寂寞，所有人都會感覺寂寞。

      愛情愈來愈少，甚至在地球上消失。取代愛情的是性。幾乎是沒有人結婚的，幾乎所有人都是獨居的。幾乎所有人都是沒有爸爸媽媽的。

      未來世界，會是這樣的嗎？

    第一個問題是，未來的手機是怎樣的？ 

    李察的答案是：未來的手機，不叫做手機，而叫做隨身機。

    那是在手機之外的，另一部人人必備的機器。

    你在茶樓和朋友吃飯，忽然想起，忘帶了甚麼東西。於是你從口袋裡掏出隨身機，往空中一揚，隨身機立刻就飛走了。它會飛回你的家去，把你的東西帶回來。那隨身機，其實就是一部小型的無人機。不過功能更多。而主要的功能是攜帶你的命令。

    例如，它可以把你的汽車開來。無人駕駛的汽車，已經落伍了。最新是用隨身機駕駛的汽車。因為，隨身機能夠飛行，看到更多的路面情況，由它來駕駛，是最適合的。

    未來世界，人人都有隨身機的。因為，它不但只是會飛，而是你的手，你的眼，你的腿。而且它的體積細小，只好像手錶那樣大，但卻可能被你遙遠控制，指揮你家中的機械人，照顧寵物和孩子老人，開動車輛，運輸貨物。晚間還可以在你的房子外面監視和防盜。

    看到這裡，你可能有兩個問題。一個是，售價多少？ 

    但有人想到另一個問題：如果要開發這樣的隨身機，現在是時候了嗎？ 

三國合作是否非常重要？

    有許多問題， 你和我都同樣覺得重要。但由於能力問題，重要的問題，就變成為不重要。

    例如此刻在非洲的南蘇丹，由於連場的政治鬥爭，大規模的饑荒馬上就要爆發。死亡人數會多達數百萬人。但聽見這新聞的人，最多只能搖搖頭，如果有人發起甚麼捐款，或者會考慮一下。主要原因是能力問題。你覺得無能為力，就只能搖一搖頭，或者聳聳肩頭。甚麼機構才有能力去處理當地的政治鬥爭，並且引導那裡的民眾生產食物， 解決生活問題？ 

    又例如，有人提倡在世界範圍內取消多妻制。許多宗教地區，本來已經是赤貧，但由於男人可以和多位女人交配，生的兒子太多，就成為了恐怖主義勢力的生力軍。但如果希望在世界範圍內取消多妻制，必定要有強大力量才能夠。而且這種力量，一定要比聯合國之類官僚機構更能行動才可以。

    以上兩類事例，都是可做可不做的。因為那是並非切身問題。不會有即時的危機出現。

    但現實的政治問題就不同了。

    例如，此刻的某國，可能已經秘密發明了一種能夠迅速致命的毒藥。可能一下子，就成為大殺傷力的武器， 甚至是比核子武器更利害的武器。

    但由於三國的合作未能成事，只能眼睜睜看著危機在自己的身旁發生。

    要等多久，定時炸彈才會爆炸呢？ 三個月？ 還是三個星期？ 

    三國的合作， 急不容緩，這是聰明人都會想到的。

後記：

當年這種想法，如今2024己經不合時宜。人性中的動物性尚在，殘忍愚蠢的因子尚在，各種不良文化的絕對控制力尚在，鬥爭不可避免。追求和平，須先以實力自保。當年人人指責某國，其實邪惡核心可能在另外的地方。但無論如何，和平總是第一選擇。但和平是要用實力維持的。弱國無外交，是中國人的痛苦經驗。

至於今日的人口減少，可能是更大危機。而原因就是物慾太盛，有人積極推動吃喝玩樂，不思進取，必有此果的。 

三國合作是必要的嗎？

  當前的時代，是三國的合作時代，但也可能是三國的苦鬥時代。如果三個國家的領導者不是目前的三位，也許，苦鬥的情況是更加可能的。

  美國，俄國，中國三者是非合作不可的。因為，許多大事，以一國之力，不可能應付。

又如果三國之間，牽扯拖拉，互撬牆腳，則這些事情，更加不可能成功。

  以對抗恐怖主義為例，就是以美國一國之力，極難成功的。

  恐怖主義的本質是仇恨。而仇恨向來是雙方發展出來的。無緣無故的仇恨，不可能發生。要消弭仇恨，就要建築很高的道德高台。只有在很高尚的道德眼光之下，恐怖主義才是可能對抗的。而這樣的道德高台，也不是口中嚷說一番就能建成的。必須以大的心力，合很多人的力量才能成事。

  其次才是以武力和恐怖主義對抗。

這更加是需要互助合作才能成事的。只靠一國之力，無成功希望。

  激進思想，無法以辯論或談判方式解決。這叫做劍在筆先。若無力量作基礎，任何討論都無用。所以，也是需要三個大國共同努力才有可能成功。

三國合作，無論是什麼問題，都可迎刃而解。     

後記：

這一篇文章，有嚴重缺點。

所謂「合作」，是有前題的。當三方的其中一方，暗藏吞併目的，其他兩方，只會自陷險境。

妖魔是不會跟你合作的。

妖魔只會用盡奸詐手段，毀滅你。

這世界上所有的重大事情，都需要全人類的共同努力。但合作是有前提的。前提是要有真正朋友。朋友只能跟朋友合作。而地球上的大問題，是有人企圖獨霸天下，吞滅對手。

所以頭腦必須清醒。

美國俄國和中國三個地球上的大國， 本來就是沒有甚麼大衝突的。就算有，那些衝突也是一些過時的偏見所造成的。三個國家之間，沒有不可解決的重大矛盾。

  分辨硬利益和軟利益，就一定知道，三個國家之間的矛盾，都是一些不太重要的硬利益。

  這些硬利益，在一次和二次大戰時期，就是各種勢力範圍之爭。有時也會是石油利益或者土地之爭。今天的人，雖然理論上知道軟利益比硬利益重要，但一時也是不容易放手的。

  其實放不開的只是舊觀念。難道南海那幾個小島，或者中東爭持的那些地方，真的是那樣重要？ 比三方合作帶來的利益更大？ 當然是未必的。只要仔細計算，都可能計算出來。

  而問題也是在這裡。硬利益能夠計算，文化上的軟利益，雖然可能是硬利益的百千倍，但卻是不能計算的。因為，軟利益通常都是潛在的。要等到軟件化為硬件，利益才是可能計算出來。

  因此亦可斷定，三國友好的障礙，主要不是利益的障礙， 而只是觀念的障礙。  

  而觀念上的障礙，是阻不住智慧的。三個國家的領導人，都是聰明智慧之士，這些小小的舊觀念，當然不是難題。                                                                                      

三國時代的特徵是甚麼？

 地球上的三國時代，是一定要到來的。而且，也不會需要太長的時候，很快，三個國家的領導者都會知道，這是無法擺脫的時代命運。

  三國時代的特徵，只有一個軟字。

  從前的時代，利益都是硬的。利益包括了各種礦產和資源，領士和勢力範圍，等等。但今天的利益，卻是軟為主，硬為次。 

 不是說資源和勢力範圍不重要。但軟的知識和智慧，卻重要百倍。這是美國微軟公司帶出來的發現。美國人不需要佔領甚麼殖民地，她的電腦和手提電話， 卻早已佔據全世界的大部份市場。

  未來的利益是軟為主，硬為次的。 

 用得著花費金錢去打仗嗎？ 只要你寫得出軟件，錢就會滾進來。

  但是，憑甚麼才能寫得出軟件呢？ 如果非洲有個青年人數學很好，他寫得出嗎？  

 這是一種微妙的道理。大約好像空氣和水的關係那樣。你需要有一個地球那樣多的空氣，才會有水的。如果你帶一點空氣到月球上去，你是不會有水的。這也是文化和軟件的關係。需要有文化， 才有軟件。沒有文化， 就沒有軟件。

  明確一點說，所謂「軟」， 是軟的知識和軟的智慧的總和。

  也可以簡稱為「軟智」。

   但軟智不是憑空出現的。軟智是文化發展的成果。要有那種樣的文化，才有那種樣的知識和智慧。 

 未來的時代，就是軟的時代。而軟的時代，是毋需花費硬功夫去佔領甚麼的。你的勢力範圍，是用另外的方式去劃定和分配的。

  美俄中三個國家的領導者無比聰明。他們一定已經知道這個道理。如果三個國家不再花費無謂的金錢和氣力去爭奪硬的勢力範圍， 改為軟的競爭，大家的財富都會大大增加。

  這就是三國時代遲早必定出現的原因。 

 三個國家聯合起來，硬的愚蠢競爭，都會消滅。各種地球難題，不難解決。

本來， 任何集體罪案，都可能是有主謀人的。但這一件案件，卻沒有就這個方向展開調查。

到底是誰人的主張，要把一個已經被縛牢了的人，抬到一處在攝影範圍裡的地方毆打？看來，傷害都是皮外傷。如果是真的毆打，內臟和骨骼受的傷害，必定能夠照出來。今天我們看到的，只是皮外損傷。而被打者對著攝影機用手指著自己面部的所謂「傷痕」， 根本看不到嚴重的傷害。

問題是，是誰人的主意，要抬一個人出去，在攝影機密佈的地方，做這一件「事」？ 還是做這一場「戲」？ 

如果有警員真的想打人，為甚麼不在攝影範圍之外進行？ 例如在警署之內？ 

如果按法官的判詞看，是沒有主謀人的。七個人裡面，分不出誰是主謀，誰是受令的人。所以平均分配，都判兩年。

或者在七個人之外，尚有其他主謀的人？ 但卻沒有調查。

到底這種調查，是誰的責任？

七警案的疑點是：到底這是一件事，還是一場戲？ 誰是發起人？ 

問題是不會停止的。如果你懷疑這是一場戲，你就會想到，為甚麼要做這一場戲？ 是不是要挑起佔中者的情緒？ 

去年春節的暴動事件中，少數警察被暴徒包圍打壓。但警方按兵不動，並未增援。所以，佔中事件中，受傷的警察這樣多。甚至有警察已經成為植物人。

一連串的情況出現，使人懷疑梁振英政府，是不是真心要為香港好。

幾乎可以說，人世間所有的黑暗，都來自仇恨與鬥爭。而我們所未必察覺的是，我們身邊日常的，常常見到的各種仇恨現象和鬥爭現象，都是在一個國際仇恨的大罩子底下的。

如果美國和俄國和中國聯手交歡，則這種仇恨，就立刻有了消解的曙光。

地球上的政治環境和經濟環境，都會立即改變。雖然改變不會一下子完全出現，但大趨勢已經出現，全球的情緒都會不同。

或者我們不容易體察到，確實是有一種「全球情緒」的。那是全世界政治經濟文化等等一切的一種氣氛，身處其中的人，或者不容易知道，但是，關心世情的人們，總是會有感覺的。

而且，此刻，感覺是的確愈來愈明朗了。如果有一天，三個國家的領袖共同宣稱，有這樣的一種轉變，也是非常順理成章的。

如果美俄中簽署了一條友好條約，以一種大家共同承認的美好價值觀念重新審視世界，這將會是地球人有史以來的最好大變。

當人們在哲學上頭腦空虛，宗教上否定人與超自然的溝通，政治上以陰謀為主，並非為人民服務，以為幾個大國聯手可以主宰地球，事實上，只是為底下的陰謀製造表面詳和的假象而己。

地球上的難題有無數，但在分裂和猜忌的國際環境中，無法解決。

如果三個大國聯手，就幾乎所有的難題，都可能一起解決。只要三個大國共同承認一些簡單的原則，例如貝多芬說的，四海之內皆兄弟也，還有莊子說的，萬物與我為一，還有耶穌說的愛，還有美國人的追尋真理，還有托爾斯泰要建造地上天國的精神，等等，幾乎就是在一瞬之間，地球上立刻充滿了希望。

第一件最美好的是：富裕立刻出現，地球經濟即時改觀。股市上升，各種生意都忽然有了大發展的機會。

第二件最美好的是：由於觀點改變，三個大國對於世界的承擔完全不同。都以解決各地方的難題為出發點去做事。不但在中東創造和平，更為亞非諸國謀求生產和建設，使各國的知識水平發展，各自建設美好家園。

這將會是地球人從未遭遇的最美好時光。讓我們都一起努力，創建這一度金色之弧吧。

在美俄中三者而言， 美國始終是最大的國家。這是文化上一早決定了的。中國和俄國，雖然在經濟上有很大的增長，但如果和美國相比，還是相去很遠。當前的財富數字不是絕對的，甚至有一天，三國的財富數字變化，有的國家意外超前，但美國仍是最大國。

如果看不到這點，以眼前的數字而沾沾自喜，就要犯上大錯。這是在現在就必須具備的心理基礎。就算是二十三十年後，也不要改變。

中美俄三者聯合，就是要有這種認識才是可能的。所以，聯合的正確名稱應是美俄中，中國永遠是在最後的，是經驗最小，發展最遲的。

美俄中三國聯手， 並不是容易的事情。如果有人自大，聯手就不可能。表面上，三國都各有自己的盤算，不容易相信對方，必定會互相防範。但這不是最重要的。

最重要是彼此正確看待自己。保持謙卑，最終極的信任始終會達成的。

美俄中聯手，第一個大好處是經濟。全球經濟立刻穩定。各種動蕩的力量，都能相對的受到監察和控制。可以斷言，全球經濟將會有一段較長時間的穩定和增長。

第二個好處是文化。三個國家都可以盡力幫助其他待發展中的國家。可以派出大量人手，從各方面扶持。不但只是扶持，亦是監察，限制各種激進和極端思想。使全球的不穩定因素，下降到最小。

其他的好處，包括科學將可能從內在外在兩方面同時發展，還有污染問題，能源問題，好處數之不盡。

中美俄如果建立同盟，世界會怎樣？ 

第一，中美俄三方， 並無重大的利益衝突，也並無重大的仇恨。目前三方的衝突，大半都是來源於歷史的誤會。

第二，如果三方締結真正的，基於互助互信的同盟，三國的大部份經濟問題和政治問題都可得到解決。三方的財富增長，對全世界都有利益。中東問題， 歐洲問題，甚至第三世界的貧窮問題，都有解決機會。

為何安倍無法轉變，而特朗普可以轉變？

在未來的三國時代之中，中美俄三國聯手解決世界問題，本來是李察觀察特朗普上台之初就已經想好了的。這是文化大勢與世界大勢，是肯定的。

但中間有一種插曲。特朗普忽然接蔡英文的電話，又說要改變一中政策，似乎美方另有主意，要想聯俄制中，甚至是以俄制中。

安倍訪美，希望美國在南中國海制裁中國。

但是，在美日的共同記者招待會中，特朗普的口風忽然轉變，不再提南海問題，令安倍忽然尶尬。

問題是，為甚麼特朗普可以改變而安倍難於改變？

這是他們的文化背景決定的。

日本人的基本思維方式，從未變更。都是以日本傳統思維主宰的一套。

但美國人的文化較為靈活，而特朗普是比奧巴馬更人性化的總統。所謂人性化，就是能夠利用自己的觀察去處事，而不是按照嚴格的規章處事。這是特朗普的長處，也是他的短處。他是隨時可能犯錯的，但他也是隨時可能修正的 。他的性格和拿破侖十分相似，有需要的研究者可找些拿破侖傳來看看。

未來世界肯定是三國時代，至於日本，則是第四，甚至是第五國。如果日本 人無法改變自己，則他的下一步就是可以預測的。日本 一定更加盡力挑起釣魚島的事端，以壓迫美國出手，破壞區內平衡。

這是必然的。

為甚麼美國仍是世界第一大國？

近來國際上有一種聲音，勸喻美國接受屈居世界第二的事實，並且作好準備。

但這是未必到位的思維。

如無意外，美國仍會是二十一世紀主導世界舞台的最主要力量。除非是有非常大變，否則，中國，俄國，甚至印度等等國家才會真正崛起。

富裕是被文化決定的。

在李察所寫「明天誰會富起來」一書中，提到地球文化有三種大形態。東方以印度為主體的文化，中方以中國為主體的文化，與及美國的西方文化。

其中，美國的西方文化又與歐洲的舊式西方文化有所不同。

東方，西方，中方三種文化之中，只有美國文化沒有被平面化，因此是比較自由的文化。 不過，這是一個較為複雜的問題， 不容易在此簡短敘述。

但無論如何，都可以看到，文化是直接導致富裕的因素。

富裕的因素有很多，例如資源，社會經濟制度等等。

但最主要的是文化。文化包括了對宇宙 人生的基本觀點，並且，這種觀點已經形成了生活習慣，形成民族的性格。

美國從愛迪生時代，到福特汽車時代，到iphone時代，到電動汽車時代，代代有 人材。而這不是偶然的，是文化上形成的。

任何其他國家，若果欠缺了最好的文化性格，就算是一時累積了比美國還多的財富，但從長期看 ，是必定有所不及的。

除非中國俄國甚至印度等國家真正認識到了文化的 力量，並且有魄力與能力去推動，世界形勢才會有所改變。

我們的社會脆弱在那裡？

最近的車廂縱火事件，肯定是會有長遠影響的。大家驚覺，原來擠迫也是一種弱點。只要有一個人在其中縱火，就很難逃脫了。那還只是一個神經病人，如果是有計劃的恐怖襲擊，事情恐怕就不止如此。

我們的社會是脆弱的，但脆弱的不止於外在結構。將來如果有加倍的安全措施，仍是不能瀰補這種脆弱的。

因為，我們的脆弱，來自我們的心。

太多的利己思想，太安逸，太喜歡吃，太注重享受，太不喜歡思考，遠離藝術，又喜歡指責他人，只顧自己的健康，都只往錢財上看．．．

這是一個心靈渙散迷失的地方。

如果有任何外來的挑戰，例如一些遠方來的恐怖主義攻擊，甚至病毒之類，都是很難抵抗的。

想想，在病毒流行的時候，如果有人在車廂裡咳嗽，也是同樣不得了的呢。何況是放火。

是化弱為強的時候了。
