What is childishness?

One example is Elon Musk. 

  

He is considered to be very talented.  But from the other side,  he is childish always. 

When he tried to cut the budget of the United States Government,  he had not considered the function of the organizations and fired people in an arithmetic way.

It is so simple that a discount of ninety percent of one thousand people,  is to fire 100 of them.

What is  Childishness?

It means he has not considered the whole scenario.

It is the function of the whole brain to search for all sides of the complete facts.

But some people can only use one side of their brain.

When they can only calculate in numbers,  they cannot understand the total nature.

Since he is considered  talented, and his failure is a puzzle for many.

Talented people can be childish sometimes.

Some of the left-sided brains can never understand the whole aspect of life. 

  And they are always very cold-minded people,  because they do not use emotion to see things.

It means they have got no feelings:  killing is another way to do things  arithmetically.

Historians will not say they are childish, but on the brain functions, they are too  concentrated on one side,  and missed the other parts.

And it is not only individual cases.

The India and  Pakistan conflict is similar.

For example,  can one of the country to "swallow" completely the other country?

If they can kill "all" of the "enemies",  maybe the result will be easier for them.

Or else they will put themselves in a long term strain of conflicts and waste many of their energies to seek a better  development  conditions for their own country.

Why waste the energy?

It is because they cannot consider the case in a complete function of the whole brain.

It is called "childishness".
