What is internal?

When I was young, I read  martial arts books.   They always mentioned a kind of internal force.   With the strength of the internal force.  huge rocks can be moved easily.

And it is reported in the western world,  that some monks in China can move rocks  like air-lift.

Maybe that is only parts of the internal force.

Internal is not a muscle movement, but a complete understanding of the total situation.

For example,  a big country can be ruined internally without using weapon.

But nobody believes it,  when the prevention weapons are so strong,  and when the army is so mighty,  and when the government power is so well organized,  how can a big country be ruined so easily?

But you can see it from the ladies dresses and faces.

How can they paint their face so white like Japanese dolls?  How can they put clothes on like without wearing it?

It's like a rotten apple as the old story tells.  

It is rotten internally.

Countries could be ruined like this,  without using army.

What is internal?

There is no camera for the internal picture.

There is no X-ray for the internal reality.

Even doctors cannot diagnose symptoms of the internal situation.

And how can you see it?

Yes,  you can.   Everybody can see it clearly as the fish in the pond.

Only when you choose not to see it,  and you will not see it.

It is where wisdom is.

Wisdom is not in the eyesight.

Wisdom is nowhere you can search.

But wisdom is there for you always.

You can see it so clear internally.....from your mind.

What is internal?

Is internal a feeling?

Can an insect knew a bird is behind?

Can I go to bed and sleep for some time forgetting about all this?

Yes.

If I cannot sleep, I will die sooner then my enemies are expecting.

Internal is so difficult for the  materialist  shallow people yet so wonderful for the  pure-minded.

It is a distinguishing line for life and death.

And it is more serious then life and death cases..........
