The feeling of no future is everywhere.  The feeling of anti-wisdom is everywhere. Anyone could submerge in its own way of life, and the people are uncertain about life. Life is meaningless in such a sense.

 

The United States culture is not like the Europeans, but they are no better.  Their issue is to make money regardless of everything not concerned.  They will not care about all the rest. They will ruin themselves sooner than everyone.

 

The European Paradigm is from an Israel religion.  At first it was only a story about Genesis and the Apocalypse. Later it had become a paradigm about the beginning and end of time and space. Many scientists cannot avoid this misconception. They “believe” the beginning is a result of calculation. 

 

Jesus was the most important reformer of the Israeli religion, but he was inside the paradigm when he tried to lead the people to a new path of wisdom and love.

 

The paradigm has become even stronger after Christ.

 

Sorry I have to interrupt here a little,  as I need to explain the relations between a paradigm and a religion.

 

The issue starts from a question:

 

Why are there miracles in all religions?  It seems that all religions have got their own magical power,  which might have been given to them by  the unknown from the above. Yet all religions cannot be completely correct.  They are not omnipotent.  Although they can perform miracles sometimes.

 

If they are not omnipotent,   then they can be wrong  in guiding the path of humans. For example, Jesus and Buddha is the most talented of all and I love them from the deepest inside of my soul.

 

Yet Jesus was in the paradigm of the beginning and the end.  He was wise to dispute against the Old Testament  and the old form of the Israel religion by promotion of love rather than hate.  Yet he was working inside the paradigm of the old Jewish faith.

 

I do not know where does the  magical  power of the different religions come from.  Maybe they were all allowed by the unknown.

 

It could be an unknown secret for us human beings.  But the fact is  religions cannot avoid the influence of paradigms.  They were working inside paradigms. It's  complicated but I believe humans  with a sincere mind  can work it out sometimes later.

 

Now we must come back to the European problem.

 

One is that Europeans can be saved if they can come out of this paradigm.  

 

If you appreciate the wonderful  masterpieces of the Renaissance,  you'll see that they are under the influence of the paradigm of beginning and end.  Apocalypse is a major theme in their works.

 

And gradually the brilliant minds in the Renaissance have become  stubborn in doubts of the human reasoning power and created works of anti-wisdom.

 

And soon  human minds collapsed into materialistic corruption.

 

The question is, how can you change the deep-rooted paradigms in the other culture?

It is extremely important.

 

If you can save your friend,  or if you can save your enemy, you will save yourself, you might not be aware that you are in danger, and you need to have a clear mind.

The urgency seems not really high to compare with the electricity.

It seems qi is a feeling more than a controllable energy.

Serious studies would have  taken place since the beginning of the discovery of qi many years ago,  if people had recognized its importance.

Yet, the qi remained a remotely observed phenomenon, and not many measures have taken.

However,  qi is different.

Though qi is not controlable like electricity, qi is actually helpful in medical field.

The problem is that qi cannot be separated or extracted like fuel or gas; it seems to be an intrinsic function of the human body.

How urgent is the study of qi?

Perhaps not as urgent as needing a cup of coffee.

However, it is best to study it early, before it is "wasted" or "occupied" by others.

One interesting point is that, if qi were found to have the ability to 'move' or 'push' objects, then the physical laws we learned in school would need to be reviewed.

And the inner quality of qi in our bodies needs more attention.

Maybe a singer can know more than other people because if a song were sung with the help of qi, the song could be completely different.

 Maybe it is only fixing.   And fixing is helpful, if not a complete healing.

  Sometimes when I was weak,  I felt cold.  I will walk aside and do the shaking for a few munites and the bad feeling will be gone.

 And I will guide the qi around my fourteen meridian lines whenever I have time.

 Sometimes when I am busy, and I have only a few munites,  I will guide the qi around my Ren mai(任脈) and Du mai(督脈),  it is magical.

 It was said that if you can link up the Ren mai and Du mai, you will enter a higher level of living.  I believe it is true,  according to my own experience.

Qi is something like the unseen blood.   Blood is everywhere in the body,  yet it will not be seen.  qi is more than that,  as qi is an energy,  it can be felt but not to be seen by the eyes.

Imagine a very cold situation.   You are so cold and you have not enough clothes.   Then you'll be shaking.   The shaking is so strong,  even the lips are shaking.   But the shaking starts from the stomach.   

Now can you pretend it's very cold and you are shaking,  like you are infront of an audiance you need to perform a shaking gesture?

You stand in the middle of the stage,  and you shake yourself like its very cold.

Now you can imagine the qi is inside your stomach some where below the navel, in the Dantian.

The Qi is there.  You can feel it if you shake.  But you still can feel it without shaking.

 One important feature about "Qi" is that it can move by your imagination.  It can be directed by your own will.

Now please direct your qi into your right hand index finger,  and then point to the left index finger.....do not touch them and keep a little distance 1 cm away ......now you can feel the qi is going into the left finger,  and going inwards a little,  and then its gone.

 And that concludes the experiment temporary,   because you can always repeat it and feel it again and again.

The above question is not about flying.   Flying is only an example for thoughts to go.

The major issue is the energy behind,  which is the support of movements.

How can tandons and muscle produce force?

Are nerve system and blood the only sources to make them move?

May be more is needed.

Qi is the more important factor for "movements".

And its more than movements. Every part of the body,  or even every cell of the parts need qi to activate them.

Any one can learn to use qi as a motivate source for their living needs.

And qi is more than an energy source.

Qi give you extra motivation and healing energy.

Qi is constantly  circulating in the human body and once it is blocked will produce problem.

And the question is why can't humans fly?

If humans are given a pair of wings,  do they need to have more extra Qi to fly?

Qi might be the more important issue in flying......

And I cannot expect how long a time will last for this mystery to be explored.

This might be the first and basic mystery of the Chinese mind.

The second mystery might be easier: 

It is:  How do you know your "inspiration" starts. 

Sometimes it's only a hint of thought.  With this special "hint",  you can discover many things.  For example,  dangers.  Some people can know there might be something important happenning and should leave at once like a fire....

Where does the "hint" come from?  But its only secondary as it happens on only a few quiet minds,  not every one.

The first mystery of the Chinese mind is the language itself.

The secret is in the "index" of the Chinese words.

There is no index like spellings in the western language.

You cannot "re-call" a single Chinese word if it happens to be "lost"  temporary from your mind.....this happens very offen when I was writing with a pen on papers.  If a word is missed, and even if the "sound" of that word is missed also, when you were writing in an urgent flow of mind but the word was not there.....how are you to "pick" it up from the ocean of words when actually there was no index in the  Chinese language?

All modern indexing methods for the Chinese words are  later inventions only:   For example, the "Romantization" of the Chinese words are a later invention and its not a naturally born feature.

It was a wonderful feeling for the early children when they learn how to read and write with a natural mind without the interference of spelling of  alphabets:   You might destroy the mind of a genius if you insist to teach spelling to a baby child before his natural language ability.

How are you to pick up words from your mind when you are thinking?

And sometimes the thoughts are not in languages too.....  The Russian leader Joseph Stalin did not believe this.  He thought  language is the only channel to think....may be some people of a left- hemisphere dominance cannot do away language when they think.  They cannot imagine the thoughts could fly without words:  Especially when the words are not a spelling word.
