How to move qi around the body?

A master of qi transmits qi, not force.   Qi can be moved around the body by touching.  If there is a wound or a pain somewhere in the leg,  one can feel relaxed in the pain by using a hand to touch it.   Qi can reach the pain.  It is the transmission of qi to release pain.  qi is more than a pain releaver.   Because qi can strengthen inner energy.

Touching is only one kind of  qi release.  Another choice is by mind.   A simple imagination can help the qi move around your body without touching.

Qi is basically an inner force of the body.  

Qi can be directed into objects you are holding,  for example,  a pen.  You are using qi to write more than force.   I guess most of the people can do it.   It needs a little practice only.

Can qi be retrieved and use in tools outside the human body?

For example,  arrow is one of the tools.

I guess qi is following the arrow to fly.

And musical instruments are apparently filled up with qi when playing.

I'm not sure whether qi can be transmitted through music.   It needs more study to prove it.    But it is true to see spirit transmitted through music.  Spirit can synchronize different minds:  or connects them. Will there be qi among the spirits?

I am sure there is.
