Can I play some music same with my inner rhythm?
In some ancient western music, one can find peace and happiness sometimes. But I don't think it is the inner rhythm of humans.
The inner rhythm might be only a feeling but not a sound.
A feeling is not a sound. Although the sound can help the feeling find peace sometimes but not always.
If you are not in the mood, music cannot help you. You'll just be annoyed by any external rhythm.
Where can I find my own internal rhythm?
It is a very special feeling.
All I know is that it cannot be found intentionally.
They will not come if you are looking for it.
It is somewhat like a ghost.
If you are brave enough to look for the ghost, they will be scared and hide away from you.
However, ghosts are like inspirations.
Inspirations will visit you in some unaware moments.
And you will find what you want by then.
