Who suffered the most in the Sino-American conflict in Panama?

It is the small Chinese merchants in Panama suffered the most.

I was told by my relative in Panama,  that they are living worst than ever.

Less and less ships are coming to Panama.   The small merchants can hardly sustain themselves.

It is a conflict between two big countries.   But the losers are the small merchants.   Business dropped drastically,   And experts will tell you that they are losing 99% or even more.   How can the small people live out of such a economic situations?

Two giants are fighting each other,   but the losers are the small ones.

My relatives are living under the support from a far away place.

Can any one of them be saved?

Rich people fights, poor people suffers.
