What makes a fast gunner?

In the older Western cowboy movies in the States,  you saw many times like this:

The cowboy saw something and he pulled his gun and shoot without a second of hesitation.

I saw it in the Macao cinemas in the fifties many times.   Because I had an uncle working in the cinema,   he would always letting me in without buying a ticket......it is old memory but I have the  finding only now.

How can the cowboy be so fast?

He pulls his gun,  he needs not hesitation and he shoots.

It is just like Donald Trump.

How can he be so fast acting?

When you are still calculating and you are dead.

It is determined by the speed of the brain function.

Your brains are working differently in different parts in different speeds.

You need a few minutes to figure out what is happening.   And you need a few seconds again to figure out what can be done. And you found it is a fire. And you think in your deep mind  where is the smoke coming from?  You need to calculate again in your brain.   It is not because you are a slow gunner,   it is always because, your brains are working in different speeds.   And finally, you have the decision to run or to jump.  The decisions are coming from a complete calculation.   When everything is completed,  you are dead.

If you find you are always waiting,   please think for a few seconds more.    Is it because of my brains which are working differently?

There is another important function to determine the speed.

Its the urge.

If he sees a woman and he would soon decided to  rape it.......he must be a fast gunner.

The urge determines the speed.

The woman you have seen stimulates the fire from your mind and you "go for it"......it is American slang.
