Can minds really be captured before the war?

It is an ideal in war theories.

It was in the thoughts of many people in Chinese history,  that if you can have the minds, you can have everything.

It was proved in the war against Japanese invasion.

I don't know whether there will be really a war in the Taiwan strait.

I don't know whether the mind theory will be same  or not in the future.

If the minds are not captured,  will the army be sent neglecting the mind?

To reach the core before openning the shell: its was said before.

If the core is reached and controlled, the war is won.

If the shells are broken without reaching the core,  then everything will be ruined.

It will be the same in the US-Iran war.

However, minds are not in the consideration in every war.  

Then what is the consideration?

Oil.

Take away all resources and money,  and don't mind the minds......its the least important thing.

It is like a robbery happened in the neighborhood.

It is calling for minds to react.
