Loved - Center of Self-Reliance

Actually, it is the prerequisite of  Self-Reliance.

In modern politics,  countries cannot rely on others.

The only means of survival is  self-reliance.

And the  prerequisite condition is the feeling of unity.

If everyone feels he is loved by the country,  he'll do whatever he can do for the country.

"Loved" is the first weapon to fight against external threat.
