What is the limitation of a ghost?

The following is an imagination about ghost.  Its not a fact and its not science.

1.

Not everyone can be a ghost,  I guess.

If everyone can be a ghost, then there will be lots of ghosts.  The planet will not have enough places to accommodate them.

Ghost stories are not often heard.   Humans are not experiencing ghosts every day.

Therefore, you can be sure that ghosts are not everywhere,  and they are not many, if they do exist.

2.

Why ghosts are always staying in the same place? 

I imagine ghosts are regional.  Many ghost stories are told by humans,  or created by humans. It seems ghosts are always living in the same area. 

The term "living" is wrong.   Ghosts are only "staying " in the same area but not "living" in the same area according to my imagination.

3.

Why ghosts cannot travel?   My ghost story about a ghost following her hair into my house is merely a personal feeling only.  It is not a proof about ghosts.

4.

Ghosts cannot see sunshine; or very positive person.   You don't need to care about them if you are the positive type.

5. 

Ghosts are different from evils,  they are not  necessarily bad, in the minds of the common people.

6.

Ghosts have a life span.......they cannot stay long.

7. 

The population or numbers of ghosts can be compare with angels.

I thought ghosts are more than angels.

You heard people talk about ghosts more than angels.

I dreamed about my father's ghost many years ago when he was dead a few days before the dream.

It seems to be a very dark place and I saw two light spots coming towards me.  I knew they were my father in my dream.

I said in a shaking voice:  "Do not come close,  I am scared."

Then the spots disappeared, never came back again.  I didn't know whether he had something to say to me or not. However, it was never said.  Please note,  I am not conforming ghosts.  It is merely a dream.
