What is the theme of humans?

What is the theme of humans?

Seldom have people thought about such a title. They have not consider it is necessary to have a theme of their everyday performances.

And the idea about performances might be wrong.

Because humans do not have audiences.

They are not performing. Humans are only living. A performing actor needs to have a theme.   But a living person needs not.......

Are we performing for some unseen audiences somewhere?

If you are singing in your bathroom you might have thought so.   Maybe you are singing for some unseen audiences in the other end of the universe?

It is very unlikely, but you can imagine.

We might be living for an audience.

From a very old Chinese proverb:   舉頭三尺有神明....

The divine is watching from three feet above your head.

The divine is your audience.

And I believe: our ancestors are watching, too.

If they are watching, then I must be performing.

If I am performing, I must have a theme.....
