If you are pinpointed, that means you are selected.  And that means you are in the death list.

Important is:  if you cannot revenge,  if the killer cannot be caught,  then you are lost.  And your country is defeated because of the pinpoint.

To kill one person and defeat the whole nation?

What is the meaning inside?

The meaning is:   

It is cheap.  Cheap means easy.

Is it so easy to devour the planet?

However, the conspiracy can happen only in some weaker countries which do not have a strong cultural bonding for their people.... Some countries do have several languages, which is a dividing force for them.

Hiding is not easy.

The safest place,  theoretically, is to hide yourself in the people.

Where else?

No where else.

The only safety is in your people.

The world is changed..

It is a nude world.

There is nowhere to hide.

You can only hide into the hearts of your people.

And you must answer yourself:

Am I loved by my people?
