Can I do away sad feelings in a song?

Some times I feel sad. I can never shake off my sad feelings. I started to write songs a couple of years ago. But it only brought in more sad feelings. As I am a poor songwriter and I cannot afford to hire good singers to sing the songs. 

Here is one of my song

Sad Sad Maria

It must be something coming inside my heart

Whenever I try to see

Darkness covers all

I couldn't see any light

You are the only power in my mind

Without you I couldn't go anywhere

There must be some more light

So bright

Run over countries countries somewhere somewhere

It could be too long to wait
